The Assessment — $5,000 $2,500
A paid diagnostic, not a sales call. Your embedded engineer analyzes your environment over 1–2 weeks and delivers a four-section report: automation exposure, what's ready to activate, custom candidates, and a recommended path forward with a tier recommendation.
Credited in full toward your first month's retainer if you convert to a Concierge engagement within 30 days of receiving your report.
What this replaces
The subscription was never the cost
Software is the cheap part. Across a five-year horizon the licence is only 20–30% of what a tool actually costs you — the rest is integration, maintenance, and the person doing by hand whatever the tool doesn't. Most companies pay for considerably more software than they use.
So the comparison that matters isn't your app bill. It's the hire you'd need to make this stack work properly.
Versus hiring
A full-time operations engineer costs $172,000–$185,000 a year fully loaded — and that assumes you can hire one. Clarissi Growth is $60,000: about a third the cost, with no recruiting, no ramp, and no severance. The work is documented, so it doesn't leave when a person does.
Versus software
A tool you buy is a tool someone still has to run, connect, and fix when an API changes. Clarissi is the person who does that — and the software is included.
Versus a contractor
A contractor is cheaper per hour and is the right answer for a defined project with an end date. The risk is continuity: if they stop answering, the work stops. What we build is documented, handed over, and owned by you — a company with a continuity plan, not a person with a calendar.
Versus doing it yourself
One outcome, running in production on a platform that already works, starts at $18,000 a year. Building the same thing in-house means specifying it, building it, testing it against your real data, and owning it forever — before anyone has saved a minute.
Ongoing engagement
Concierge tiers, outcome-aligned
The base retainer covers your embedded engineer's time. The outcome fee means we earn more only when your business produces more — aligned by design.

All tiers include an outcome fee scoped to your operations and agreed during the Assessment — so the incentive is always aligned with your results.
Not sure which tier fits? Your Assessment report includes a tier recommendation based on your stack and event volume. Tier changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
How billing works
- ✓ Invoice-based. Base retainer billed at the start of each month; outcome fee calculated and invoiced at month-end with a full breakdown of verified results.
- ✓ Outcome fee scoped to you. Agreed during the Assessment against a measured baseline — not a fixed formula applied to every customer.
- ✓ Costs stay flat as usage grows. No seats, no per-operation charges. Every monthly report shows what each outcome cost and what it was worth.
